QVC's Shipping and handeling Charges???? On one bag!

I ordered two items on 1/16/11- A202173 and A211538 = two tops. The items were processed together with one tracking number. They were delivered in one bag on 1/24/11. The SH for one item was $5.22 and the other was $2.61. I can understand the SH charge if they were shipped in different bags. I know that they will say that the $2.61 was to print the package labels?! I know that I cannot not be the only one with questions. What happened to we appreciate your business?
