Whoever it was at the Q's headquarter's to come up with this garbage about UPS delivering your packages to a Post Office and then allowing them to deliver your stuff.....NEEDS TO BE HIT IN THE HEAD WITH A BASEBALL BAT!!!!!!! I'm so sick and tired of my packages taking forever to be delivered.....this is rediculous!!! Is this their idea of 'good' customer service? If it is....wow, did they take the advise from an absolute moronic idiot!!! I checked the status today on my Tarte foundation that I expected to be here last Friday....it's now Tuesday and still not here!! The package tracking status shows it's been sitting in the Gainesville, Fl. Post Office for the last four days!!! That's just a little more than 30 miles from my house....I could have crawled there on my belly like a snake to get it myself in a fraction of the time it's taking the Post Office to get it here!!! You better smarten up QVC....this kind of BS is gonna make you loose a lot of faithful customers!
