QVC, please give us more time when.....

you do your 4 HOUR ONLY FLASH EASY PAYS!    I have certain items that I want to buy on easy pay but heres what USUALLY HAPPENS: I was on my way out the door Saturday night and I seen you had a 4 hour easy pay deal.  Well, we had to go into town and as I was heading home I realized ooops, I only had 30 minutes to buy the items I wanted. So on my phone I went and my battery went dead!   So by the time I got home the easy pays were gone...

Seem like QVC should do this for an ENTIRE DAY...Just my opinion..THANKS

They call it a "flash sale" for a reason. 

 

They are not responsible if people can't make a purchase within the time frame of the sale.

 

If they make an exception for you, then they have to make an exception for everybody.

 

It's just like when I worked in retail, and my store had a 3 - day sale.

 

The day after it was over, somebody came in asking if I could still give them the sale prices.

 

Sorry, sister, no can do.

 

As the old saying goes, "You snooze, you loose".

Don't mean to be nasty, but how do you figure a retailer doesn't lose when they extend the hours of a sale?  For years and years, stores around me have run sales that last for two hours or 4 hours and then prices revert to a higher price.  Evven a sale that runs all day doesn't work for someone who can't shop that day.

Temper, temper!

 

There is no reason to be so nasty.

 

If you had paid attention to the context of my post, you would have understood, that when I said, "Sorry. No can do, sister", it was in reference to the customer who came in two days past a 3 - day sale.

 

I'm sorry that they don't schedule sales around your schedule, but maybe the next flash sale will work to your schedule!

While I am sure it would be convenient for QVC to run its business around your needs, the fact is their business needs come first.  It is not QVC's issue if you have errands to run or if you neglected to charge your phone.

 

The point of these events is to ge people to tune into QVC or check the website throughout the day.  Driving this traffic should drive additional sales.

 

While I am sure it is inconvenient for you at this point, the good news is that QVC has been doing these events on a fairly frequent basis as of late, so you should just keep checking in.

When QVC has these easy pay offers, ALL items ARE NOT on sale for just those 4 hours.  You are answering like this is a retail store.  All QVC does is make ALL ITEMS on easy pay NOT ALL ITEMS ON SALE...Thank you

I was just making a comment and YOU are the one that took it to another level..QVC has ALL ITEMS EASY PAY for those 4 hours ,,,,THIS IS NOT A SALE ON ALL ITEMS like a retail store!!!!  QVC does NOT LOSE ANY MONEY by extending easy pays ON ALL ITEMS
