QVC merchandise showing up at discount stores

Has anyone else noticed QVC exclusive merchandise showing up at retailers like Tuesday Morning and TJ MAXX? A while ago i spoted some Fiore handbags at Tuesday Morning along with Isaac Mizrahi Live bedding, both at least 25% or more off of QVC pricing. Yesterday I saw two Isaac bags at TJ's at 50% off the current Q clearance price -- I was curious and checked. I understand that a lot of retailers do this, but what really bothers me is that QVC is straddling both sides of the fence to the detriment of its customers. Seems pretty short sighted for a company that prides itself on "loyalty" and "family." QVC would do well to follow the lead of HSN and Shop NBC and have real clearance events. And for the merchandise that doesn't move and needs to go, remove it from the website when it's sold to discount retailers.
