For first time in 20+ years shopping from QVC, I used their direct ship gift wrap service.  I had the recipient send me a photo of the package, and it was very nice.  For only $5.00 additional:

(I am so angry at qvc today for making both the on air and online (iPad) fonts dreadful and headache causing, I figured I should pay them a compliment.)

I've used the gift wrap service in the past. My feeling was that if I am shipping an item as a gift direct, why not wrap it. Even if I bought the item at brick & mortar locally, I would spend at least $5 (maybe more) on wrapping supplies at Hallmark or the drugstore.  I have also received a QVC wrapped gift and can agree the shipping dept. does a nice classy job with this service.
