QVC gift to me?

Today in my mailbox was a package from QVC. Wondering what it was, I opened it and it was a turquoise plastic tote bag, which was apparently sent to me as a birthday gift. Just what I want - another tote to add to my collection of shopping bags!! I don't want to sound ungrateful, but why not send me an easy pay offer, or a free shipping code or something useful. It just seems very odd to me. After all my years of shopping with the Q they finally acknowledge my birthday with a completely unwanted item!!! Thanks, Q.
