Black Friday deal items - Berkshire blankets, muk luks and more are being advertised as free shipping.  When put in cart you are charged shipping.  All customer says is sorry.  Bait and switch.  Shame on you qvc.

@colbys aunt   I remember seeing that offer on the home

page a day or two ago...that FREE S&H was offered with 'Black Friday Sale' items.

I can't find it now...so maybe that extra insentive/offer was only for a day or two. Since there wasn't anything I wanted from the Black Friday offerings, I didn't look into it further.

There definitely seems to be an issue.

I clicked on "Black Friday Sale Prices" and about 670 items appear, most (but not all) showing free S/H.

I put 5 random items in my cart advertised as free S/H and shipping appears right up to the final "purchase click."

Usually the shipping charge disappears by that point. 

I wouldn't "shame" QVC.  Just an IT glitch at this point likely.  Bait and Switch is a little over the top dramatic.

@colbys aunt I can certainly understand your frustration, but if you email the social team at QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com they might have an explanation as to the reason.😊

Dictionary dot com defines bait and switch as "the action (generally illegal) of advertising goods which are an apparent bargain, with the intention of substituting inferior or more expensive goods".

If this was an actual offer, CS  would gladly recognize it and adjust your order.

Can't post picture.  If you put in Berkshire comforter it comes up as friiday deal.  Free shipping and handling.  When I put in cart added ship charge.  Customer service saw mistake but did not  change.  Also same thing with other items listed as black fri deals.
