A few months ago I bought 3 IM Pima Tees. They arrived nothing like
the Pima items I've previously owned. The fabric was not the same, felt
flimsy and the nice stitching detail around the collar and cuffs was gone.
I returned them and got a complete refund w S&H.
I did not order anything until recently, A Kim G sweater A624931 as I loved the
Teal color. I wore it yesterday for 4 hours. It was totally wrinkled and had begun
pilling. Gone are the days when Quality mattered at the Q.
It will be a long time before I make another purchase.
PS. I have tiny wrists. The cuff are on the sweater was so tight I could barely
push the sleeves up!

Unfortunately, most of the quality we've seen in past clothing here on QVC and elsewhere has taken a dramatic turn for the worse. Even high priced goods from high end designers are being sold with flaws. I wish I knew what the solution is.

@ellaphant You're here reading threads frequently but apparently not paying attention. There have been numerous threads on both products you mention; I've written several myself.
All of Kim's sweaters seems to contain acrylic fiber which is known to pill. I'd suggest avoiding them until she ups her game and uses something better quality. Too bad as she's made some pretty sweaters.
Isaac's tees went downhill rapidly with the onset of the pandemic. In addition to what you mention, they wrinkle horribly in the laundry and shrink if machine dried. Lucky you returned them.

I currently own several IM tees and tops that are a few years old. They are made beautifully and don't shrink or wrinkle. Guess I'm lucky! No, I don't read posts here every day.

@Kachina624 Very good point about IM's pima tees. The quality has certainly gone down on them. I don't like the "feel" of the fabric now. It is very different from the ones I have from before the pandemic.

Many products pill. Hard to avoid that. One way might be that when laundering not to overfill the washer and use the"Hand Wash" cycle. And,sadly on some ther is no way to avoid that.

@Group 5 minus 1 I disagree; I have an extensive wardrobe with all types of textiles represented. The only ones I've ever had pill were a few I bought before I learned to avoid acrylic yarn.
