I had posted about receiving a returned clothing item. I was just venting and the top was fine once I washed it. But someone at QVC was reading the boards and customer service actually called me today. I wasn't home, but they left a message saying that they were sorry that the item arrived in that condition and that they were giving me a credit. It felt nice because customer service is non-existent at most places these days. I ordered pizza for guests a while back, and the pizza place- a big chain- messed up and forgot my order. When the pizza arrived two and a half hours later, after my guests had left, they said I could call and complain if I wasn't happy. I never called, but I never ordered from them again.

It's nice that QVC still has good customer service. I really do enjoy the convenience of buying from them. And I love the Beauty Today Special Values- they are the best. So I just wanted to share a good story about QVC and say that their action made me feel like they are listening and they still do care. The economy is tough for all of us, and I'm sure they've had to cut back and might not have as many people as they used to have. But they are still trying and that is a big deal these days!!! {#emotions_dlg.thumbup}
