QVC came through- nice story

Ordered an electronic item and paid extra shipping to arrive in time for x-mas. UPS showed item as delivered and it was not . Called CS they re-ordered item added esentially overnight shipping with no cost for replacement item or shipping to me and no hassle. Thanks QVC.
