Great.......they can't even make one website (QVC) run right, much less another one.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

They probably realized, they won't be able to compete with AMZN unless they get bigger.

I wonder if they will keep HSN in Clearwater, Florida and also if they will keep all the hosts?  Will their vendors come to QVC?

Terrible news! Competition is a good thing, the only thing that keeps prices down & customer service up.

Well said! A monopoly is a death wish for the consumer in those two areas!

So True!!!... I know a lot of people love Amazon; but I'm not one of them.. QVC has so much money in profit to spend $2 billon; but yet cannot give its customers better deals on many of their items..
