QVC and a Late Shipped Christmas Gift for Grandchild.. Fantastic Service

I ordered the Frozen Anna dress for my grand baby back in November. It was the one that lite up and played music. She loves Anna and we knew it would be a hit. Since I give my grands $$$, this was her one and only gift from DH and I. It was supposed to ship December 10th but didn't ship until the 17th. It arrived on the 22nd but no lights and music. A change of batteries didn't do the trick.

I called and with no prompting a CS rep asked me if it was for Christmas and if so they would send it out UPS Red at zero cost to me. They did exactly that and it arrived on the 24th

For many years I have read on this board how packages didn't show up for Christmas so I thought I would let the board know that sometimes Q is really on top of things.

They didn,t do that for me. Two items didn,t make it. One made it and the doll didn,t sing, and you could not change batteries. I spoke with two CS and neither one would ship overnight or in a couple of days. I ordered all in plenty of time.
