My dear friend lost her only sibling a couple of weeks ago. I picked out a beautiful Affinity angel wing necklace, put it in my cart, went through the process, and the gift card option never appeared. I called CS and was told we can only pick from a canned greeting like Happy Birthday, Sorry for your loss, etc. With no personalization of names. When did this occur? That is crazy. QVC used to just print out the greeting on the gift receipt. What is the big deal about doing this one thing? I don't want a generic message when I send a gift to anybody, and I most certainly do want my name to appear as the gift giver.
This is probably the last gift I will send via buy from ship to method. Bad move, QVC.
Does any poster know the Q's rationale on this?
