what a joke! QVC needs to solve ALL THEIR BUSINESS ISSUES FOR THE PAST YEAR THAT HAVE LOYAL CUSTOMERS FLOCKING/LEAVING THEM TO SHOP ELSEWHERE.  QVC got very comfortable in being able to get away with horrible business practices at the expense of qvc customers, what a sham. THey need to get rid of the newly hired 'President" from Disneyworld, a new position a mega bucks because she obviously isn't doing anything to solve the problems that makes her company a sinking ship.  She has been there since July 5 months and things have gone fro bad to worse

Actually, she started in this position on September 16th; her appointment was announced in July.
