QVC is the worst company I have ever had an experience with. I ordered this item for my boyfriend for Christmas two weeks before Christmas. The item was not even ready to ship until 3 almost 4 weeks later. Then they wouldn't ship the item because I used a debit card card instead of a credit card. This was the worst situation I have ever been in. I will never order from QVC, ever again. There are better sites then this overpriced garbage!

These posts always amaze me. They want the item desperately but when they can't get it, its overpriced garbage. I'm sorry for your frustration.

Well you and I can be cynical together.

This sounds as if there was a problem with her debit card (insufficient funds or something to that affect).

I use my debit card all the time, and have never had a problem. I actually have never had a problem with delivery either.

I can't imagine why they would not take your debit card - they have always taken mine, as well as others I know who shop QVC.
