You did a great job, and hit all of the points that I care about except for the hosts, being let go. I don't particularly care.

If they could get the other ****** together it would be a huge improvement and draw some customers to return.  I have purchased one item from QVC this year, back in January. Then we have HSN where I have purchased six items but four of those were my AL Vitamins.

Me too @jackiejenny.

We had a nice conversation. I forgot to mention that I told her I was expressing how many on the QVC Forum (not the Facebook board) felt the same way, which is where I got a lot of my info from.

I didn't forget you guys!

@sugar plum @Have you bought anything recently? Have your purchases declined or increased in the last four-6 months?
Have you stopped buying? I'm trying to figure out why you were selected for the survey? Q is working on bringing back customers that have not been shopping for awhile and in retaining customers. They are also looking at customers that have stopped buying and that started making purchases again.

I rarely watch anymore and hardly order due to how long it takes to ship. Their shipping and return shipping is ridiculous especially how slow it is.

QVC and HSN are the same company.

I do still order, quite often, and their shipping has improved tremendously for all my orders in the past 6 months or so.

The only issues I've had are with a couple of new (to me) food brands.  Food is shipped from the brand's own warehouse, not QVC.

I don't think I have gotten any calls.  If I don't know the number I just hit the block button on my phone.
