I received a survey yesterday. It's the first one I ever received. I filled it out too. My input had to do with repeating the same products over and over as well as why I don't watch much anymore.

Will it be considered bragging and boasting if one said that one received the survey? I mean, we don't want posters' feelings to be hurt by the slight.

It sounds like QVC might be interested in what customers think. I didn't get a survey and wish I would.

I don't think I've ever gotten a generalized survey like that. Not one asking about my overall buying habits and opinion.
However, over the years I have gotten a few specialized surveys from them from time to time. About beauty products or a specific brand.

I did not get a survey. I always take time to respond to them because I appreciate it when someone asks my opinion. I suppose they want to get a good representation of a variety of customers, but I'm sure they can glean a ton of opinions from reading this board!

IMHO as long as the money is rolling in, I am not quite certain that QVC really cares what we think. I just hope that they get their shipping act together, just in case ANYONE at QVC is reading the forums!

I don't think so but to be honest, I delete almost all QVC e-mails.

Nope ... no survey for me. I've shopped for 34 years, since the beginning in 1986. Maybe they just don't want to hear what I have to say.

Well the money is NOT rolling in, so QVC SHOULD listen to customer feedback....
Check out the financial reports posted on this Forum not only for the 4th quarter for 2019 but last couple years prior too (sales were down in all categories, for the Christmas season 4th quarter and overall 2019--except for electronics)....and listen to the Financial Webcast on the parent company's website (LibertyInteractive) the money is NOT rolling in and the Execs sound concerned....
BTW I must say my last couple of orders, .. from Jim Shore, Valerie Parr Hill, Homeworx and Berkshire have arrived QUICKLY---they were sent via UPS instead of the old USPS delivery that took forever....
