It took them years to loosen up on the EP and jump on the bandwagon other home shopping retailers have been riding for years.  As useful as EP can sometimes be, you have to wonder why all of a sudden there's an EP 'event' every time you turn around...  You also wonder whether or not they'll ever 'get it' that EP alone is not adequate as a lone nod to customer incentives...

Doesn't anyone realize that the only reason the Q offers "Easy-Pay Days" is because their offerings have become too expensive to pay for in one payment?!
