I also think C.S. and live chat need a thank you. These people do their very best to help customers. Q makes the rules. It is not their personal choice if they are unable to help. These people are working for the Q. THEY will do their utmost to help you. We must all remember to be respectful to people trying their best to keep customers satisfied.
