How about you patiently wait for your order to come and it is someone elses order inside with your name an the package.

 

Happened 3 times since the beginning of the year and I don't order more than about 5 things a month....

I think if enough QVC customers would say no orders till you fix your shipping mess and it would cost QVC money they would stop ignoring the elephant in the room and hire help
to work in their warehouses. I think they let a lot go due to
Covid decided to save and not hire them back. Bad move fur their Customers who keep them in business!
