I don't understand why obviously used or damaged items aren't sent to the outlet store, where at least one could see it before buying it. Are there still Q outlets?

UPDATE.
I just e-mailed the social team.
They got back to me in just a few minutes.
QVC is going to give me the AS IS price for the boots.
I am satisfied with their service and actually impressed how quick they replied
once I e-mailed them. Thanks, Beth.
As a result, I will continue to buy from QVC, as I have for years.

Are you going to keep them O/P? This never happened to me. I would send them back. But, that is just me.

There is absolutely no excuse for receiving a used item when you purchased something that is brand new. No excuse! I have ordered "as is" and know exactly what I'm ordering. I've received clothes before that were returns. I guess I'm not surprised.
