I add $10 to whatever is being sold on QVC. Most of it is S&H ! If I return it and use the qvc label, the label indicates qvc will charge another $6.95 .

Today is the third time in the last two weeks I've had to contact customer service regarding an item I ordered three weeks ago. When I check the tracking the actual UPS site states that the label had been created, that's it. The first customer service rep completely ignored my questions and gave me the standard book answer that estimated delivery is only an estimate. The second actually said sometimes UPS doesn't show tracking. Since I deal with UPS daily I'm disgusted that they even took the time to type such malarkey, I also wonder how UPS would feel about hearing that? I ordered an item I could have ordered from the manufacturer, but QVC delivery time was supposed to be a week earlier, since it was SUPPOSED to be a gift I sucked it up and paid the extra twenty bucks for delivery from QVC. I'm so completely turned off to the company, that I surely will be shopping elsewhere from here out.

So irritated. Easter gift arrived in the destination city 4 days ago and not in my mail box yet. Really, QVC? Do you have a deal with USPS to deliver when they feel like it? Thinking I am finally done with the Q.
