Well, I feel like an old lady now. I am in my 40's, and most of my closet is made up of QVC brands! I will say that I buy using the app, but I watch the clip from the TV presentation before buying so I can see how it looks on several different body types. I happen to love Susan Graver's high stretch jeans. But I digress.... 

 

My personal feeling is that QVC is trying to change all of the wrong things. Their biggest problem right now is the shipping. About 20% of my orders have the wrong item, the shipping/return prices are terrible, and since the pandemic started the order fulfillment has been terribly slow. I understand the last one is somewhat out of their control. Being fast and being safe might be mutually exclusive in their warehouses. Still, I am not planning to buy anything until they can improve shipping.
