QVC QR code returns.....similar to amazon

QVC is now offering QR CODE RETURNS that are similar to amazon.

you just need to get it to USPS or UPS.

this will be helpful for all of you with no printers.

That's a step in the right direction. Free shipping & returns. policy should also be put in place.

Yes.... I used fir the first time yesterday.
it worked great. My only concern is that there is no packing return slip.

I made a handwritten one with all the information . Placed in bag .

inwatched to see if one was placed in bag before it was sealed . And one was not placed inside .

I see them all the time and have NO clue how to use them!!

Yes, there is an app for that. Very simple to use.

you do not need an app for this.

once you complete your information online, you will receive a QR code in your email that you can show when you get to the USPS or UPS store that you choose. it is just like amazon does. no need to print a label. the store does that for you.

this return method can also be used in conjunction with the QVC EASY RETURNS method.

Does UPS and/or USPS charge for their cost (time) of helping with the QR code that the customer is not able to do themselves?

Why couldn't QVC simply include the QR code on all packing slips in the first place and save customers the hassle? Not everyone has a smart phone or goes to the USPS or UPS. Many people simply leave their returns in the mailbox for their carrier to pick up!

When I need a copy at UPS, it is a dime for an 8 1/2 x 11 one-sided copy. This could become expensive for them to help QVC customers. The USPS branch near me does not have a copier for public use.
