Re: QVC QA Inspection Program

@x Hedge- I think in that case, I'd ask one of the moderators to find out exactly what kind of quality check was done (e.g. was it just to ensure the contents of the package were correct; the order filled correctly) and to find out your options for returning them, if that's your decision.

I've had that slip in a few packages over the years, but it was always for non-beauty items (housewares or clothing).

Re: QVC QA Inspection Program

Many here have reported receiving out of date products. Maybe those are being checked for freshness. If you receive a product that has been checked, look for the date on the product.

That's a possibility. My item happened to be a cosmetic, but my thread is about their QA inspection program. My concern would apply equally to other perishables like foods, & garden plants.

The poster upthread who mentioned getting this inspection slip (which I'd never seen or read of before this) with a garment made it clear this isn't new, it's just new to me.

Re: QVC QA Inspection Program

I appreciate everyone's reply. Thank you.

I guess I've been reassured no one actually opened the container, but just checked the contents of the package before it was shipped.
