Why do Mary and Kersten find it necessary to squeeze and tear apart all food products in order to sell them? 

NOT appealing at all. 

And QVC keeps them and let's other great hosts go .........

Not quite sure what this has to do with her not being able to view videos....

but they have done it forever and will continue to do so to show the moistness, quality, buttery insides, tons of ingredients, juiciness etc.

ALL hosts new and old that have sold food have done so!  Not something that has ANYTHING to do with the 'greatness' of a host.

Doesn't bother me in the least.

I don't know what the glitch is this time with the videos, but I haven't been able to watch them for at least a week now.  They start, then just stop with a three-bar signal (like the old turning wheel) that keeps repeating.

I'm on MS Edge; don't know if that's the issue, but QVC does seem to have problems with it a lot these days.  I'll have to see if I can watch anything on my iPad.

HomeWorx by Harry Slatkin 12 Months of Fragrance Diffuser Oils video pauses after 5 or 6 seconds. QVC continues to shoot themselves in the foot.

I'm on my Apple iPad and all videos are playing just fine for me, including the Homeworx Big Deal 12-month scent diffuser video.

Problems must be on certain operating systems.

It must be a Windows issue.   Many of us are livid.
