QVC PLEASE FIX THE WEBSITE FOR APPLE USERS

Apple iPad and phone users can't edit their posts. I also couldn't enter the sweepstakes for two days. Your site has a problem. Please fix it.

Re: QVC PLEASE FIX THE WEBSITE FOR APPLE USERS

I'm an iPad user and I'm having problems editing posts today.  When I hit "edit reply," I'm not able to move the cursor in the edit box.  It just stays at the top/beginning of the text.  I'm using latest iOS and I cleared all my browsing history and open apps.  Not experiencing this at other websites.

Also, I can't move the cursor in the textbox when I'm typing unless I hit backspace.

I am an iPad user and am having difficulty copying and pasting. Ugh. Never had this problem before.

I don't have any problem editing my posts on my iphone, but I surf in full mode not in mobile.

@jaxs mom,  I'm seeing this problem with my iPad 3 and iPhone 5, and I always use the full desktop mode.   I was using iOS 9.3.1, then updated to iOS 9.3.2, no improvements.

They're aware of the problems and evidently won't be correcting anything until after the weekend.    Here's the announcement in the "Customer Care" forum.

Ugh, the weekend that there's trouble with the safari browser is when my desktop windows 7 computer's internet connection stops working so I can't get it fixed until next week.

Re: QVC PLEASE FIX THE WEBSITE FOR APPLE USERS

Another Apple user jumping on the bandwagon. Q needs to trash their website and go back to the drawing board. It's pretty sad that one can window shop yet not be able to get back to the same place after looking at one item.

Also, I still see hosts in Christmas gear on one of the web pages.

Get with it, QVC. Take a look at the southern channels' website and think about poaching it or hire their webbie.

And, when do iPad users get assaulted by pop ups?  How do they over ride Apple safety measures?  And what's with the small faunt default?
