I never get anything....

QVC makes me feel like they apprciate me as a customer as much as my Cable company when they raise my bill for being a long time customer....

QVC has been doing random perks for a long time. Obviously, QVC does not care whether or not this upsets some people.

For the record, I have never received anything and am not disappointed, but I understand the feelings of those that feel left out.

Recipients are randomly chosen. Getting one doesn’t mean the person is special and not receiving one doesn’t mean one is being ignored.

I don’t think they’ve sent anything I’d actually use so it is probably good I haven’t received anything.

I’ve never received anything! My neighbor who orders maybe once a year received two gifts so far this year! I guess I need to stop ordering if I want a gift?

Don’t need or want another tote so hope they pass me by on this one. I would gladly accept a 20% off single purchase coupon though!

IMO  This is bad business.  You send all customers something or no one.  JMO but I think it is nice you got one, but I think this ws poor on Q's business tactics.

Last summer I received a tote from QVC filled with shin care products that was a complete surprise. Have no idea why.
