Your website has way to many problems and i would guess you are loosing business over this...ALL day i have been getting error problems whenever i go to order something and frankly am getting tired of trying to get a order to go thru....I dont want to call to place order because i go thru Mr Rebates.....I thought maybe it was there sight causing these problems so i tried to order something without going thru them and NO i could not do it.....With all the money you make i am pretty sure you can afford to keep your sight running smooth.

This site has been slow for the last few days and over sensitive which I think the Q adjusted. You can have your cursor cross something and what you passed pops up -- of course it's QVC's card with the 3 easy pays. Yes, the Q definitely needs to do something to speed their site up. What's more the site has gone down in the past which is pretty unbelievable.

I believe they are upgrading, which is causing some interruptions.

And the redesigned home page is far to cluttered now and it's so hard to find anything!

Put all the links back on the left side of the page, where they were all together and easy to find!

Well, they have been upgrading for several years now if that is the case...I think the "upgrade" reason is a bit over used.

I have been trying for three days to look at the Lazy Boy recliner presented on Your Home with Jill. Every Time I try, my laptop freezes. But I have no issues looking at other items. It is not my laptop, it is their site setup.

I agree! It was much easier & faster to find what you wanted before this "new, Improved" format. QVC please keep menu choice down left hand side. I like to quickly review items previously on air for shows I've not watched to see if I'm interested in anything. Now I have to search for the site choice. Everything is now listed individually. One used to be able to quickly scan the box showing pictures of all itms featured in selected show I'm not going to take the time to go through every item as it is now. My buying has gone way down the past few weeks.
