Some reasonable points made here on both sides.  I do not have a printer and will not buy one to print  2-3 return labels per year for QVC.  Ink drys up and it costs me $$ to print labels while it cost them pennies to print one label.  (I worked in manufacturing, so I know some costs).  Why don't they tell the customers what they are doing and why instead of just letting us figure it out.  And that goes for other things as well - discontinued lines, shipping fiasco etc.

my printer's ink dried up so fast and now that I have a laptop someone gave me and I wouldn't know how to hook it up to a chromebook that I hate.

I don't own a cell phone so I quit shopping here after 30 plus years.

I buy very little on hsn and always something I will keep.

I did get a return label from Stonewall Kitchen yesterday. I made the blueberry muffins I ordered and did not like them. I wish I could return them! I thought for sure they would be excellent. I'm hoping the other items I bought are better. It was disappointing. Their jam was so good last year.

@ellaphant ..............No return labels is the normal for lots of companies.  I dont get one from Amazon and havent for over a year.  Its not just QVC.

You can return Amazon items at Kohls with no return label, don't even have to wrap the item.  There is a return code  connected to the item you  need to download. It's easy, I love it.

If they do send a receipt with your package, many times the date and price and item number are completely unreadable!  They get them off track and then they are not in the spaces!!!  Just another sign of incompetence!
