@ellaphant Customer service can paper mail (snail mail) the label for you to use.  If time is of the essence, they will simply make a notation on your account to allow time for your return processing.

I think many of us who may think no labels included is not a big thing is because we know how to use technology and/or have access to printers, etc. But I know many seniors who do not have a smart phone or printer. They know how to order on-line or phone and are accustomed to getting a return label. The fact that it takes 6 weeks to get one mailed to your house when you call CS is horrible.

Seniors might not be the target audience for the Q, but their money is just as good as anyone's and I do see how making returns more challenging = fewer sales for the Q.

I have two printers, both broken, so I wish they would send a return label as well.  Mostly, I wish I didn't want to return things but if they arrive the wrong size or broken, I am going to return them somehow.  Makes it three times the hassle which makes it a obstacle to continue shopping on QVC (rather than HSN or other online retailer).  I understand Ellaphant's frustration

I just don't think this is a big deal.  It's very easy to get the return set up on the website, and all those stickers, mostly unused, are a waste of materials.

Ive used easy returns. You still must have a label to return the item.

Once again a return slip with NO RETURN LABEL. Just the packing slip to enclose.
How long have you been in business???
I do not own a printer so must use one at STAPLES.

@ellaphant  This has happened to me as well.  I called customer service to print one for me (I don't own a printer either) and it took almost 1 1/2 months to get it!  I just received another package with no return label and don't want to wait that long again.  How do you go about printing the label at Staples?  Maybe it shoud be obvious, but I would be grateful if you could talk me through it.

Hi Bitfu, I meant MAILBOX EXPRESS. I forward  the email from QVC that has the label to M  E. .They print ut it and charge $1.

Most online companies I deal with are not enclosing return slips. You must go online and print a return slip. If you shop online you might want to invest in a printer.

Maybe the OP will get a printer for Christmas @Janey2 .

@ellaphant

I don't live near a Staples, but when my printer broke, I went to the library and printed the label.  Don't know if that would be more convenient for you.

Still a pain in the neck!

They could also try providing a QR code the post office or UPS to scan like a lot of other companies do.  But of course that would take money to set up that system.

For me personally, I love when companies have a return label in the package but I'm seeing that less and less.

Many online services do not send a return label for cost savings & environmental concerns

Why do people continue to shop at a place that displeases them so much.
