My complaint with the website (one of them) is that it jumps all around when you are looking for something and you put your finger down, iPad, and it jumps to something that you did not want to touch!

Another thing is that I still am sometimes missing information about a product (Price, colors, sizes!)

Besides being slow I have been getting a notice several times in the past week including tonight QVC.com is not working and one has to call on a phone to order. I start the process all over again and then it will go through?

I have been getting the same type of error message as you since Saturday. It doesn't happen all of the time, but it's happening frequently enough to be annoying.

It only happens when I'm in my cart and go to search for something else. I'm sure it's a glitch and will be fixed at some point.

Update: Just removed several items from my saved section and finally there was no spinning wheel...just the way it should work. How refreshing! Before, when I did have the spinning wheel, I had to close out of QVC to get it to stop. I doubt that is what QVC was going for...having customers leave their site entirely. Not exactly the best way to promote sales. Ha!

The problem is with QVC. Not the search engine. People with minimal technical knowledge can see that.

Yep. I'm on Safari, but prefer Firefox. I can't even place an order with Firefox, and now, Safari is acting glitchy. If Safari stops working, there will be no more purchases unless this gets fixed.
