This is a wonderful way to do your returns. E-mail them at QVCEasyReturns@qvc.com give them all your information for the item to return. They will process your return while it is on it's way back. Super fast return. Did one today and already have my QVC credit to use and the rest of my refund is being processed.

@yamma024 : WOW thanks. I did not know that so I gave it a go after reading your post and received immediate response. Just had a couple of little makeup “boo boos” but I love having this information for future reference and makes it much easier for me.

@yamma024 Agree! When I see posts regarding returns & refunds taking so long, I have also posted the same thing. Not sure why people don't try it? It's faster than Amazon for me. They also do exchanges (as you return your item) quickly. It's a great service. Thanks QVC!

Will it work if you send several items back in the same package?

I would think it should. Just make sure to put all order numbers and Item numbers and description for each item.

@Kachina624 The way I read it originally was that you have to use QVC's return label. I think they have to be able to track your return. I have done returns this way, and it is quick.

eta: I send them an email with item #, order #, and reason why & it gets processed within a day.

@RooRoo If you send multiple items in the same package, do you use the label from one and that tracking # for all in the package?

@Kachina624 Yes, I put everything I'm returning and/or exchanging in one box & use the one label w multiple items inside. I was traveling when I sent an email for an exchange, & left before remembering to mail the item. I had forgotten. Once home, my exchange was waiting for me. It's been really a great service for me and these aren't purchases made on the Q card. They'll credit whichever form of payment you used or ask for credit if you want.
