I ordered the JR Truffle bracelet a month ago. I have never received it. I called CS and they very graciously credited me, but honestly, this is the third or fourth time this has happened to me in last several years. When I mentioned it to the CS rep, she suggested that I request UPS delivery. However, my DH worked for UPS and as most of us already know, UPS takes to the post office to be delivered! I don't know if my PO delivers to wrong address and they keep, or someone at PO knows what packages might be valuable. I hate to accuse anyone of stealing but no one can give me a reasonable explanation as to why this keeps happening. And it's only Q orders, I receive everything else I order and I order a lot online.
