@chessylady  I don't understand the draw for easy pay ... if you can't afford the whole amount now, then you can't afford it.  Crazy how they make such a sales pitch out of it.  Agree, free shipping all the way!!

It works well for many people. Just because some can pay the whole price up front doesn't mean it should be dismissed out of hand for others.

This is the most pitiful 'birthday celebration' I've ever seen at QVC in 26 years.....just sad.

The QVC Birthday Celebration is supposed to have surprises.  Wouldn't Free Shipping be a good surprise?  Wouldn't TIMELY, free shipping be an astounding surprise?

Free shipping is the only thing that will bring me back to shopping at the Q.  Easy pay is just a way for consumers to get in debt.  Not a fan of the easy pay and will never use it again.  I am sure I will get haters responding so please don't.

How about coupons for loyal QCard customers?

That and fix the tracking errors that keep popping up. Or better yet, ship everything in one package instead of individual packages. I ordered 5 things at once and they came in 5 seperate packages.

Would be a nice  birthday  gift to customers to give $ dollars off any item based on how many of the 35 years a customer has been a QVC customer . Say if you opened an account 35 years ago than you get a  QVC gift money for $35 to use immediately .

 All this  clearance  item prices  and then today they increase the clearance price .  The sale prices of $3-6 off  is pretty lame for clearance. Motivates me to go to  the store .  Even Talbots is having another  decent sale of 30% off.

This off and on unannounced  free shipping is a drag , esp if you miss it sveral times in a row.

@CorrTor

Why limit it to "QCard" customers?

All payment methods are money in QVC's pocket. I say coupons for ALL customers, regardless of payment method.
