While total customer count once again fell (mainly due to existing customers), new customers once more increased, likely driven by the social media impact of the brand awareness campaign.
And those existing customers who remain once again increased both their number of purchases and total spend.

Not surprised they still aren’t doing well. They have not been doing well for some time. TPTB think they know better than their customers. They don’t. They should try listening to their customers and perhaps they would not be continually doing so poorly. From obnoxious hosts to lame asp marketing campaigns, high prices for poor quality goods. The list goes on. QVC is its own worst enemy.

While total apparel sales revenue declined year over year, management pointed to several brands which posted strong growth within the "Age of Possibility" category: Kim Gravel and PLW. The debuts of Jennie Garth and Stacey London were also considered successful.
Similarly, Laura Geller showed strength as an "Age of Possibility" brand.

Based upon the tone of the earnings conference call, I would not be surprised if there was at least one one round of large layoffs in 2025, since cost control is still a vital component of Project Athens in wind-down.
