@They Call Me MR Wilkes   I am, by now, a faithful, long term QVC customer.  I spend quite a bit, and I will be happy to continue to be a loyal customer.

Not sure if I have increased the total number of items purchased or amount spent this quarter, but until we get to the "fitness theme"of January, 2025--New Year, New You--I will continue to spend here.

Some delightful toys for children surface at this time of year, with no worries about timely deliveries if you plan well, as a smart Santa Claus does.

In February/March I will be a more robust purchaser.  One example--all things Irish in mid March.

The biggest problem is QVC is not listening to their core customer. I have received numerous emails this year asking me to take their surveys. The questions are almost always the same each survey and so are my answers.

I'm at the age where I can buy what I like, but I'm not going to buy things just to send them back for being defective, cheaply made, or a combo of both.

Singing and dancing hosts, hosts that are too busy telling me personal hygiene stories, family stories or talking like a manic are a chanal changer. If a sales presenter can't tell me what I need to know in 10 minutes either that's too long for a product or not long enough, either way I shouldn't have to look it up, and if I do it will be to find it cheaper.

I have mentioned to QVC who my favorite host is since they ask me. I'm not going to change my mind, and the more shows and days she is on I don't watch. She is the #1 most hated hosts on YouTube for a reason.

Your shows are insulting to Women Menopause Monday, Alive with Possibilities, same old products and when you do get some new products in, they are something that should be discussed with her Dr. Not a celebrity who has a chafing problem who came up with a cream on a shopping channel and no I don't want 30 days to try it and I don't want someone's return, because you all sent me me some used Philosophy once!

It's just a matter of time before the Q is done. I can find almost everything on Amazon or eBay, free shipping, no punishment for returns, items are here next day, no annoying hosts or vendors, no paying for trying something on, there really is no reason to shop here, and you have been told by a lot of customers for a long, long time. Unfortunately you're not listening.

Your last paragraph puts it perfectly @Parischic.

@ellaphant  Have you ever posted anything that's not total negativity regarding every aspect of QVC?  You seem to be almost gleeful regarding the Q's "downfall".
