Thanks for posting this.  Going to taks awhie to digest it all but most of it is no surprise.  One positive nugget was about bringing new fashion vendors in, maybe it's time to cut back on stale old overpriced lines.  I hope they can turn it around.

Maybe I  missed it, but I didn't see any mention of the success or failure of Christmas in July or subsequent Christmas sales.

That Mile George talks in such a convoluted manner, I'm wondering if I'm hearing English.  Is it a good thing to speak in a manner such that nobody can figure what you're talking about?  He surely did gloss over the "fulfillment" issues.  It sounds like sales of about everything are down so why the optimism?

In regard to Zulily, does anyone have any idea what this is about?

Operating loss increased primarily due to a $1.0 billion non-cash, impairment charge related to its tradename and goodwill.

Seriously this guy is not getting it!   They show the TSV so many times it is sickening. Why don't they read these boards and see what people are frustrated with???   He don't get it and I see failure down the road unless they get someone else. JMO

Spending 15 to 20 hours a day on the tsv is the biggest thing they are doing wrong.    I don't see them surviving unless tthey get rid of him.  WOW
