Q, you've got to get it together on the Order Processing and Shipping timelines.

Seriously, if you are asking me to pay full retail price for shipping I don't think its too much to ask that you speed up order processing!

I ordered three items during FRIDAY'S Posh show and as of today, TUESDAY, they're still "in process."

No other company from whom I have ordered this holiday season has such a long lag time between when an order is placed and when it is shipping. I ordered a pair of boots from a company in the UK and they arrived at my door TWO DAYS later, but you can't get three necklaces to me less than a week after ordering?

I put up with higher shipping because you're a company I trust and I enjoy what I buy, but you're falling down on the job here!
