My employer sent a lot of jobs overseas.  Unethical at best, criminal at worst.  These big companies get out of paying taxes in the U.S. for the work, Medicare, Social Security, etc etc.   It's a legal way for companies to cheat their workers, the American people, and the U.S. budget.
