There was an ongoing fight back and forth with someone who made a remark about a snowmans color that I posted about a couple weeks ago.

 

I think there were 22 comments on that on and the thing hasn't shipped yet.

Does an outside company handle reviews?  Whoever doesn't seem to have much familiarty (sp) with QVC items.
