Q gave me EZ pays then called & took it back!!!

I ordered the Tarte TSV on A-D last Monday & gave the rep one of the item #'s from the boards here w/ the 3 easy pays & she gave them to me. Then I get a message today stating that the 3 ez pays were for Q Member Insiders Only & that they were cancelling the 3 Ez pays!! WHAAAAT?{#emotions_dlg.confused1} I have bought 2 things Inside Q member price before & never got a call saying that was invalid for my account LOL!!! I havn't even received the TSV yet STILL!!! Has anybody else had this happen to them?? I may keep only the first shipment only if it knocks my socks off but I'm DEFINITELY cancelling the A-D if I don't get the Easy pays on them!!!
