They are throwing us a bone - free shipping on TSV's for the rest of the month using the Q card. Yes, its a small bone.

Today's TSV has $5.50 s&h. Less than 2 weeks left in the month of October.

Carolyn stated it, and if you put the tsv in your card with your Q card as the payment method you will see it.

I purchase very little TSVs and rarely use my Q card. Thanks for nothing (or very little) QVC.

some bone...I got rid of my Q card to cut down on credit cards. The interest rate is sooo high.

Phooey, that's not at all what I am interested in. I'd have to be interested in the TSV and the Clark boots aren't what I'm looking for.

I don't want to be limited on what the free shipping applies to. Nothing to see here IMO.

@Bookplate I have no QCard and not opening one. Thanks for nothing QVC. I get more angry by the day.

So instead of getting free shipping on 15 items for the next 3 1/2 months, long time customers have to have a Q card!!! and only on TSVs??? Neither of which I have or ever buy. What a joke if this is what they're doing to make up for the new customer fiasco.
