Why on earth do they make it so difficult to register your Qcard so you can pay online? I tried today and the customer service person told me they were too busy, had too many calls and she could not help me! What??? I'm your customer too! To say I'm aggravated is just reaching the tip of the iceberg!

Qvc customer service is about the worst to deal with on the planet, based on my experience today. Well clearly I'm talking to myself. Alrighty then....

Why would you have to call CS? I never did when I set up mine. It was easy.

I always found CS to be quite helpful and pleasant. You may have just got one that was stressed, overworked and just didn't have the personality to be in the CS field. You should have called again to get another one.

I asked for a supervisor to get things straightened out and they did. I just needed information & someone to work with me and they did. The 1st CS rep was reprimanded for her attitude & not at my request. Her supervisor was displeased & informed me of this, he brought it up.
