Ordered two bracelets that were GUARANTEED to arrive by Christmas.....well, that didn't happen. Should have known better. It's so frustrating how QVC continues to increase their shipping prices,, guarantee Christmas delivery and yet fail to deliver. They acutally fail to deliver on time 80% of the time. Most times I can overlook it, but these were Christmas gifts for others and now I have to show up with nothing in hand. Lesson learned.

I'm so glad I shop early! I try to have everything bought and received by Thanksgiving! Saves me so much angst!

Did you pay extra to get it? If so you may still get it because USPS delivers Priorty mail Christmas morning. Next time leave a little more time.

remember the Q contracts with carriers for shipping.
if you paid for expedited shipping, I'd definitely raise a concern with the Q, and also the carrier that was suppose to deliver in time.

I have received packages as late as 8.30pm, so there is still time. However, with the best of intentions, weather conditions can cause delays. Granted, they should say something along the lines of "weather permitting" it will arrive by, but still, we have to take into consideration when ordering as well.

It is indeed frustrating and I have been through it in past years. I didn't have any issues at all this year. I think it finally got through my head that you really can't believe any of those "delivery by Christmas" promises because there are always factors that are out of the retailer's control. They can send it out but they cannot guarantee delivery. This year, I shopped very early for all my "must have" gifts. Everything has been in my house for a week or more. Well, except for my Evine chocolates that still show they are processing but I did receive them on Friday.

Common sense ought to tell people that the Q guarantee is worthless because once the package leaves the Q they have no control over it. The delivery is at the mercy of the shipper. There are too many things that are unavoidable that can affect delivery. If you want to be absolutely sure it will get there in time, shop early.

I dont understand how ANY company can guarantee on time delivery. Once it leaves their warehouse its in the hands of the shipper, which they have no control over.
For my own peace of mind I never count on any deliveries to arrive on a specified date.

@Krimpette I do the same and it sure makes things easier and less stressful.

@Kachina624, thank you for the comment, however, one should not assume that one didn't order early.
