Q Review Emails

Not a world problem, but l get emails all the time asking for reviews on items shipped. This would be fine, however I get these emails on items I have not received yet. I got one this morning about a package delivered yesterday which is still in my mailbox.  Anyone else get these messages before you can even try on the item?  I guess they don't realize how long it takes to ship an item.  SHM

Not sure I get them but I ignore most e mails from the Q

@charsha  I get them too, so many emails about 1 item LOL

Yes I get the emails all the time @charsha . I also receive them pretty quickly, but usually I have received the item. My issue is I haven't yet had a chance to try the item or wear an apparel item and wash it to see how it washes and wears. I usually just delete and don't leave a review.

 

My real pet peeve is when people leave reviews for that item saying they CAN'T review because they haven't received it yet. That is of absolutely no help. With QVC you can't go back and change your review either. So, once you left your review the first time, it's done.

Yes, I get them and other completely useless emails from the Q.  The only helpful ones are "your order has shipped" and "your order has been delivered".

@cjm61 Yes, and QVC is not the only company that does this. I don't want to leave a glowing review for something and then when I have used or worn it a few times there is an issue but I can't update things or leave another! As a result, I usually don't remember to go back and leave a review unless I am unhappy and it is negative.

I get a lot from emails. I almost always leave a review on products directly on QVC.  But I usually skip the email requests for reviews.  Mostly because I already left a review. Also annoying is emails saying I left this, etc.  And I already ordered it.

Thank you @songbird for being consistent with leaving reviews. I rely heavily on them and am the worst offender in not leaving them.

I rarely respond to any emails from any company asking for reviews.  The vast majority of them come from survey companies, not the company from which we purchased an item.  I see no reason to share any of my information with a company I know nothing about.
