Has anyone else noticed the lack of product videos when shopping online. This is frustrating as I like to watch the videos for further information on fit, etc.

YES!!!! They use to get those videos up shortly after the presentation...now it can take up to two days ...what the happen to the... use to be... efficiency of this company...

This has been going on for many of us for 3 weeks now, since they changed the format on the product pages.
Lots of threads about this problem on the 'Customer Care' forum and QVC is aware of it.
Frustrating is right and I haven't bought a thing in the past 3 weeks as a result of not being able to watch the video presentation.
Some suggested changing browsers, but that didn't help me. On my laptop with Windows 8.1 using IE, I get exactly 9 seconds of any video and with Chrome, I get no video at all.

QVC needs to hire the IT people from HSN. Their system is so much more robust in so many ways. And it's very sophisticated. Especially compared with QVC's.

@KingstonsMom This is STILL my experience. I purchased the TSV tracphone last week. Well, it is awful!!! It has terrible reviews!!! I went on line to see if the one we bought my DH last June was still available because we like it. It isn't, but because of no VIDEO I couldn't listen and pick another one.
That's okay, I went to HSN and bought one after listening to their VIDEO. I am returning the other to QVC......it is defective. So sorry, Charlie.........

I bought that Trac fone too. I had a old one. I had a awful time getting everything transferred over to the new one. I was on the phone for a long time. I am now in the process of trying to learn how to use it. Since I got everything transferred over I guess I am stuck with it because I don't want to lose my minutes. What was wrong with yours? I am hoping to learn how to take and post pictures. I have learned how to email them. Let me know if you have any advise.

@KATIE ANN DH spent all the time trying to get everything transferred over. First, if you decided you don't like it, you won't lose your minutes if you send it back. You would have to buy a different phone first, or transfer back to your old phone. We had to do this a couple of years ago. The phone that DH has is a TSV from June. It is a Samsung. It was pretty easy to learn and we were going from an old flip phone type. I wanted to upgrade my flip phone mainly for having a good camera. I was still taking rolls of film in to be developed. DH could never get this LG to send pictures and was getting the run around with TracPhone CS. Each person could only help with their "specialty" and would give another number to call. They make it look so easy when they are selling them. We ordered another Samsung and are going to transfer everything to that phone from the LG TSV. I will let you know how that goes, but we have had to do this before and did not lose minutes. I had the triple minute plan on my flip phone and I didn't lose that either.
I guess what was wrong was it was way too much hassle trying to get the thing set up and the help wasn't what was promised. Maybe a techie could do it in a snap, but the average Joe on the street isn't a techie. I hope you have better luck than us and can figure it out. It looked great the day they had it on. The APP where you can send pictures in and have them printed on paper really interested me.
My advise is to work with it and see if you can figure it out. If not, you have a long return policy and you won't lose your minutes....just don't get rid of your old phone or plan to buy a different phone.
I am glad you saw my post and I hope I helped a little bit. I will be anxious to see how it works out for you. Did you happen to see that pupwhipped had knee surgery and is having a bad time healing. I think she said it is going on 3 months.
I will email when I get a chance.........I love that picture of Spike.......he looks so serious and distinguished. I am so thankful for pictures. One last thing.....we were out tonight and there was a campaign sign in someone's yard.......I wanted to steal it, but I didn't, of course.......it said QUINNY.

Thanks for the answer on the phone. I had a flip phone too and just wanted to be able to do the pictures. I was trying to text tonight and it keep changing things on me not just spelling
I typed sister and it showed up right until I hit the space bar and then changed it. I forgot about the January return policy. I guess it would apply to this. I saw the pictures of the fall trees and Will just beautiful. Do the leaves stick to his fur? Maybe they would give you the Quincy sign since the election will be over. Several years ago we were going down the road during the election and the was a big Spike sign posted and I really wanted to stop and steal that one too. It was not close to any houses so there was nobody to ask about it. I did not see the post about Pupwhiped. I will look for it. Without you and her I don't know what I would have done during my baby's illness.
Keep in touch. Did you know that yesterday was Lymphoma awareness day? The posts were so sad. People were asked to post their dog's name that had pasted on the Lymphoma board. I really need to stop reading that board.

I can't believe still no videos up!! Bare minerals has a new product that was on early this morning and I want to see the presentation but of course it's not there.
