My favorite part of preparing for a holiday is getting ready to spend time with my family and the anticipation of Spurts words of wisdom. I don't know where she finds the pictures.  I just spent the day with family saying goodbye to 2 of our young people as they move a few states away.  It is a far cry from shipping him to Irag for a year. I hope that the VA contacts in his new location are as caring as those he is leaving behind.  They have been terrific and have been putting in extra time to make sure all goes well for his future needs.  Not all VA locations are uncaring.  Maybe we have the benefit of living in a smaller rural area.  Thank you Spurt for putting a smile back on my face tonight.

@Spurt - You just made my day!!!  The large dog in the tub was hysterical.  Then (my personal favorite) a gorgeous Golden Retriever, napkin in tact, sitting patiently at the table.  Then the (last) 3 Labs are beautiful!  Where do you find all these wonderful pictures?  You make a lot of people happy with your creativity.  THANK YOU!!!

Oh Spurt...I sure have missed you...

You never cease to amaze me...

My favorites are the skits you put together for Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas Shopping Weekends... 

I have been off the QVC Blogs and Forums ...For a very long time.  My last postings were back in November 2015.  I have been very, very ill since the end of Novermber 2015 and have had mutipal surgeries and been hospitalized several times over the the course of 2016.  

Receiving the last rights twice, I guess they thought I better get another blessing for spirital safe measure...??? When things could possible not get any worse it did.

March, April and May Surgery again...My situation is very very serious. I franky I have been too sick to post or read anything.   

I started Chemo in June and every Wednesday is my Chemo Day. ...I just completed 14th treatment today!

However, there is no end or no light at the end of the tunnel...I am still plugging along.

Just this week, I have decited to come back to QVC Blogs & Forums.

For all of you...You, truly make me smile each and every day I log on and begin to read as to what is going on.  

You and all of you are a "Support Group" where one can "Forget for a While"...  

As I smile reading you posts, words of wisdom, words of spirital help, words that just make me chucckle, smile and laugh.

 I want to "Thank ALL of You"...From the bottom of my heart.
