@Spurt  Love that Grumpy Cat!  Thank you for your efforts!  Thsi makes me so happy! Had to laugh at this week's doxie.  The one with in jeans immediately made me think of Neil Diamond's song "Forever in Blue Jeans."  Cat Very Happy  I also thought the doxie genie was precious!Cat Very Happy

Re: Q DID WHAT? PRV 1/27-1/28 GYM, FASHION & SHEEP

oh @Spurt what an awesome preview. It amazes me how patient some animals are with people putting all of those "outfits" on them. That would not be happening in MY house - my girls would be sure to explain to me how terrible an idea that is but I sure do enjoy looking at the photos of other people's pets.  You found some awesome ones this week.

Well at least there will be a little fashion sprinkled in amongst the gym and the sheep and cooking presentations.  I already own a total gym and I should really either start using it or sell it!  I am certainly NOT going to buy another one.

Take care, enjoy your weekend and hope that we continue to have decent weather although I hear that the Philly area is supposed to get another cold wave in the next couple of weeks.  Darn the groundhog!

@Spurt

Omg this is your best ever with these adorable & funny pet pics!  I can barely read the line-up as I'm laughing so much I'm crying!!!!😂😂😂😂😂

where oh where do you find these "perfect" pics to brighten the "pathetic" weekends NOT only on Q but other shopping channels!

Speaking of shopping - I went with a friend today to Kohls & Bealls -- one walk around and I found a bench outside to get some fresh air & sun...same ole stuff!!!

This weekend I'm going to NHL All star game & events.  If I can twist spouses arm may also go to Gaspirilla parade...and our day starts at the Home Show in town.  That's his idea of a fun morning!

And to think I'm going to miss all the excitement on Q this weekend!😉  Have a great weekend whatever you do!!!!

oh I feel your pain with that pillow top mattress.....we've got the same dilemma!!!!

we bought this home & it was newly furnished (the older couple moved in 6 mo before we bought but never "moved" in due to illness) the beds actually still had the plastic on them!  The beds are terrible after 4 years!  I swear we literally sink into it.  The word uncomfortable doesn't even describe it.

My spouse is very slender and sleeps in one spot  - me on the other hand is a little chubby & need more room...I swear I look over & cant see him as he's "sunk" into the mattress.

We have been testing out different mattresses, including, temperpedic and sleep number my kids have them.  So far, I'm not impressed!  Beautyrest is our next one to check out!

Sorry @Spurt for veering off from your post!😀😉

Re: Q DID WHAT? PRV 1/27-1/28 GYM, FASHION & SHEEP

@homedecor1 It's crazy how expensive mattresses are!  It's a 'long term investment'.  Ha!

I keep telling my cat (Bill) that I feel like a turtle trying to get out of the bed!  I sink so far down in the thing and trying to maneuver to get out of it.  Sometimes I wonder if one day they'll find me just laying there....exhausted from trying to get out of the hole (otherwise known as the bed/mattress).  Ha!

OK, so I did (maybe 1 1/2 years ago or even a year ago) I bought one of the sleep number beds (not the one that moves) bed from QVC.  But they didn't come when they were supposed to so they left the entire bed on my front door step!  I'm 71 and live alone in a split foyer!  I took one look at all of this 'stuff' on my front (not even near the front steps) and you should have seen me trying to get it down the walk-way to the driveway and into the garage!  I did it (still don't know how).

I had asked friends to help me put it together, but they wouldn't be able to get it back to the upstairs part of the house!  I was going to have the delivery people put it to where we all could maneuver it.

Anyway, I called QVC and between all of us they came and picked the stuff back up.

QVC was wonderful about the entire fiasco.  It was after that that I ordered the pillow top from QVC.  For a little while all was fine, then I started sinking in.

I've turned the stupid mattress several times (not easy for me, but it was mind over matter (queen size) and I did it on my own each time!

I did it about 2 weeks ago and low and behold it is sinking in already.  I think the things just wearing out already!

I have a very, very bad back.  I go to a specialist about every 3 weeks.  I've had things done to my back most people have never heard of, nothing helps.  This stupid bed just makes it even worse!  Just 3 weeks ago I had Botox shot in my back, didn't relieve the pain.

I go back again Tuesday (once every 3 weeks).  My Drs (after all of these years) is at their end!  It's so frustrating for all of us.

I am going to have to get a new mattress but I'm so afraid I'm going to get a stinking one yet again.  This mattress isn't very old at all.

I've read about the sleep number beds, some like it, some don't.  Some say the air leaks out and on and on.

My middle daughter has had a temperpedic (sp) bed and she likes it but says it gets really hot (not much air circulation.  So, I know I don't want one of those.

It's kind of like the way people are about their dentist.  It's not like they love, love their dentist but it's the lesser of evils.  Ha!  Actually, I love my dentist because he shoots me up so my mouth never hurts.

Anyway, I'm going to have to make a decision soon.  This is really getting crazy!  You'd think I'd be fine in the bed.  I have an entire queen size bed to myself.  But if I move over to the middle it's like being on a mountain and then Heaven forbid if I have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night!  I feel like I'm traveling over land and sea to get to the other end of the bed.  I go deep into the valley (the side that sinks in) and it's really tough getting out of it.  Ha!

Take care.  I'm going to go looking on the internet this weekend.  I'm not obese but I'm not a feather either.  Still, the bed shouldn't sink in like it does after such a short time.

The mattress my late husband and I used to sleep on we'd had for many, many years.  Eventually, after he died I thought it would help my back to just get a new one.  I wish I had the old mattress back.  It was just a regular mattress but you could flip the thing.  I'll never, never get a pillow top again...ever, ever.  Ha!

Have a great weekend.  Take care.  Annabelle/Linda
