It's Monday so I'm looking at the just reduced items.  I see a blazer I had previously purchased a long time ago that just has a price reduction today.  Today the price is $40.12.  I went through my order status to see when I purchased it.  I bought this blazer on 4/2/2017 for $29.98.  This blazer is obviously many seasons old if I purchased it in April of 2017......and I purchased it for a lower price than the just reduced price of today. 

For such an old item you would think the Q would be giving it away, yet is is more expensive today.

I have noticed the price increases and I am not happy about it.  I now think carefully about any purchases and ask myself, "Do I really need it'"

As soon as the tariff business was mentioned, QVC, and probably other retailers raised their prices.  I haven't heard about tariffs on clothing, fabric or fibers, has anyone else?  I guess they thought we'd blame higher prices on politics.  They are using an unfortunate situation to their advantage.

You could be right....but I've had this happen to me with a handbag I purchased on here long before the tariffs....

I added something to my wish list about a month ago, the price has increased from $69. to now $75. I will NOT be purchasing when this is happening. Do they think we don't notice??

@Travone - did you perhaps purchase it as a Lunchtime Special where the prices are temporary reduced?

It's no different than Amazon.   Most everything I have on my wish list has gone up in price.    Buy a steak, you about have to take out a loan.  ;-)

It's not just QVC, folks.  My grocery bill is thru the roof! .... not to mention every other retailer out there, utilities, services, everything.

I just noticed this on two items that I almost bought at pre-season prices the other day.  I saved them for later and now noticed that one has increased in price $10 and the other a whopping $12!!  Wow!  In the past such items may have increased $3-$5 at the most which was perhaps do-able.  But at this big price increase I definitely won't consider putting them back in my shopping cart ever!  I don't know if it's the tariffs doing this or just price increases in general, but a retired person can't exist on this type of increase!
